THE ROLE

  • Working alongside the Head of Sales and Head of Account Management, you will help identify high-impact areas in our evolving sales process where you will spearhead and drive operational improvements.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the sales machine run faster.
  • Manage and support cross-functional initiatives serving as liaison between sales and other key partner teams: Marketing, product and analytics.
  • Develop, own and evolve the sales ops (CRM) system, managing weekly prioritization huddles, updating key stakeholders, and project managing necessary workstreams to ensure they stay on schedule.
  • Optimize lead qualifications and scoring
  • Manage metrics/analytics programs to help sales leaders make data-backed business decisions.
  • Execute business process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding new sales reps.


Requirements

  • Have owned the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience working in high volume Saas sales environment
  • Know when it’s time to adjust in order to improve sales performance down the funnel.
  • Solid understanding of how to effectively leverage and interact with various stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Program management capabilities.
  • Built reports that inform sales reps, managers, and leadership on historical results, current performance, and expected results in the future.
  • CRM, Hubspot experience preferred
